With Harvest, we take that off your hands, organizing and tracking everything related to your journey so nothing important slips through the cracks. And when our time together comes to a close, you'll be left with everything in order and set up for continued success on your own.

For this part of your journey, you'll have our support in every sense — emotional, financial, and spiritual. Whether you need encouragement on a hard day, guidance on financial next steps, connection to a wider community of adoptive families, or simply someone to walk alongside you in prayer, we're here for you, however you need us.

We build out a full fundraising strategy tailored to your family, timeline, and goals — including writing and mailing letters on your behalf. We manage every effort closely to help you raise as much as possible, bringing creative energy to the table and a steady stream of fresh ideas, so your family always has a new way to move closer to your goal.

Before our time together wraps up, we'll put together a personalized post-placement plan — outlining grants you may still be eligible for after coming home, resources for medical or therapy-related needs, and a clear starting point for navigating the adoption tax credit. That way, once you're home, you can begin this new chapter with confidence, already equipped for what's ahead.

We begin with an in-depth conversation — taking the time to fully understand your story and the financial needs behind it. To get us equipped to support you well, we'll ask you to complete a bit of initial legwork, giving us what we need to advocate for your family from day one. Over the six months that follow, we'll check in monthly by phone and offer unlimited email support along the way, standing with you for the longest stretch of any of our packages.
